At Wave Makers Pus, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Wave Makers Plus experience.

Cancellations

Our Flexible Salon Policy

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to the service scheduled.

There is no cancelation fee if you are sick or due to weather conditions. Feel free to stay home and we can reschedule your appointment.

Running Late?

Please Let Us Know

​Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Wave Makers Plus and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
